Also, there is a new rule being instituted at this round (and shall be law for all following rounds) and it is rule number 6.14, rule # 6.14 states the following - Have your team picked and posted (or to HQ in some fashion) prior to the first heat race of the evening. For the West coast rounds that's around 7:30 pm for the East coast rounds it's around 4:30 pm. Failure to have your team in on time will result in your team from the previous week being used and a 15 point deduction from your overall series score.
